A three-year-old girl on Monday drowned in a stream at Amad Ashmuqam area of south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, officials said.
A police official told a local news agency, Global News Service (GNS) identified the girl as Toiba Jan daughter of Nazir Ahmad Mir of Amad Ashmuqam Anantnag .
He said that the family retrieved her immediately from the stream and shifted here to nearly hospital where doctors declared her brought dead. (GNS)
