A leader of the Bhartiya Janta Party has been shot dead by unknown gunmen in the Tral belt of South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
Official Sources told The Kashmiriyat that on Wednesday late evening unknown gunmen shot at one BJP leader, Rakesh Pandit in the Tral belt of South Kashmir.
Rakesh was injured critically in the attack. He has been shifted to the hospital for treatment.
Sources informed that Rakesh has succumbed to his injuries, however, no official confirmation could be received as of yet.
