Lieutenant Governor Administration on Monday ordered the removal of Civil Judge (junior division) Naveen Jamwal from service with immediate effect.
According to a government order, passed by the Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, the action against Jamwal follows recommendations of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
“The Lieutenant Governor is pleased to order the removal of Naveen Jamwal, Civil Judge (junior division)/Munsiff from service with immediate effect,” reads an order, a copy which lies with Kashmir Dot Com. (KDC)
