An elderly man was killed in road accident near Peaks Automobiles bypass area of central Kashmir Srinagar district on Thursday, officials said.
They said that the man identified as Bashir Ahmad Daga Son of Ali Muhammad resident of Harnag Anantang was critically injured in a road accident near Peaks Automobiles Bypass.
They said that he was shifted to SMHS Hospital for treatment, however, he succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident. (KS)
