5-7 Kg IED recovered In Tral
Police and government forces said that they have recovered an Improvised Explosive Device, weighing about 5-7 kilograms, near Saimu area of Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, officials said on Monday.
A police officer told a local news agency, Global News Service (GNS) that a Bomb Disposal Squad has been rushed to the spot to defuse the device.
Lately, police and government forces have detected and defused a number of IED in Tral and other parts of the Valley.
Last weekend, an IED was recovered and defused near Chanapora police post. (GNS)
