Covid-19: Anjuman Sharie Shian Starts Sanitization Drive in Kashmir

Srinagar: In view of COVID-19 threat Anjuman Sharie Shain today started sanitization drive in  different villages, towns and cities of Kashmir Valley to prevent the spread of coronavirus.


Anjuman has formed a special team called Basaji group for this task.


During the drive they also distributed much-needed PPE kits, pairshoes shoescovers and raincoats among the doctors of Aga Syed Yousuf Memorial District Hospital Budgam.

Speaking to Alternate kashmir Aga Syed Mohammad Hadi Moosavi,  President of Anjuman-e-Sharie Shiayan Jammu & Kashmir said, ” In these tough times our Baseeji group is performing commendable  job and our team will try to reach maximum places of Kashmir.

He added that they will continue the process of sanitization and distribution of basic items among needed ones.


Meanwhile Moosavi also urged the general public to stay at home, avoid gathering and take precautions to combat coronavirus.
