Party MPs Dr Farooq Abdullah, Jb Mohammad Akbar Lone, Justice (Retd.) Hasnain Masoodi write to Justice (Retd.) Ranjana Prakash Desai, Chairperson Delimitation Commission and expressed their inability to associate with the commission proceedings.
The MPs requested Justice Desai not to go ahead with the process of Delimitation of J&K constituencies as J&K Reorganization Act 2019 is under judicial scrutiny in the Hon’ble SC.
