Srinagar: Over 6 persons were injured after an explosive substance went off accidentally in Ahgam village of north Kashmir’s Handwara.
Eyewitnesses told that a shell lying on the road went off suddenly, resulting in the injuries of 6 persons.
Confirming the incident, a medico at Sub District Hospital said that two persons have sustained leg injuries and they were shifted to Srinagar hospital while 4 others are being treated in the local hospital
A police official said that they are ascertaining the facts. (KNT)
