A 25-year-old man died by suicide after hanging himself at his home in Khusipora area of Rafiabad north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
An official said that the youth (name withheld) who is a resident of Khusipora Panzalla hanged himself with a ceiling fan at his home.
He was immediately rushed to him to a nearby hospital where doctors declared him dead on arrival.
A police officer confirming the incident said that the investigation has been taken up in this regard. (KS)
