COVID-19: 16 more test positive; tally rises to 741 in J&K

Srinagar: Sixteen people tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday, taking the tally to 741 in Jammu and Kashmir. Among them, 678 are from Kashmir and sixty-three are from Jammu.

Among the sixteen new positive cases, six are from Shopian, four from Srinagar, two from Bandipora, and one each from Anantnag and Baramulla. One case was reported from Udhampur, Jammu division.

So far, 320 people have recovered from the infection in J-K while eight have died — among them, seven are from Kashmir.
