Srinagar: Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani has decided to quit the Hurriyat Conference.
The statement issued to KNS reads, ” The chairman Hurriyat Conference Syed Ali Shah Geelani has decided to completely quit the amalgam,” statement in possession of KNS reads.
He has written a detailed letter to members of the organisation regarding the decesion.
“After considering the present circumstances, I announce to quit the Hurriyat forum,” he has written to Hurriyat member. (KNS)
