Srinagar: One militant killed in an ongoing encounter with government forces in forest areas of Nagrota along the National Highway.
The encounter started after police sucessfully intecepted a truck in which militants were travelling.
According to reports, one militant has been killed and a cop of Jammu and Kashmir Police injured in the encounter which is going on not far from the 16 Corps headquarters of Army. The attack happened close to the Ban toll plaza on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
