In the name of Allah, Most Gracious , Most Merciful. All parise belong to Allah alone. Blessings and peace be upon the Last Prophet , and upon His family , upon His companions , His wives and all His followers. To continue , I say : Through Allah ,the sublime and Exalted ,is all accordance to do good and from Him is all assistance. I beseech Him , the Generous , Beneficent and Guide ,that [ O Allah ] let us recognize the truth as truth and allow us follow it , and guide our steps , and bestow us with sincerity, taqwa and acceptance before You with your Grace and generosity. [ Ameen ].

I string together my words on this rosy occasion. Ramadan this year will be doubtless observed from sunset on April 23 , till May 23. Ramadan is holy month for the Muslims and the followers of Islam where they fast , introspect and pray . It is observed as the month during which Muhammad (PBUH ) received the initial doctrines of Quran , the holy book for Muslims. Fasting is one the five fundamental principles of Islam. Ramadan is the considered as the scared month and the most significant month as per the traditional Islamic Calendar. Muslim community throughout the world in great anticipation of the Almighty and self while offering paryers , fasting and feasting . The most significant fact of this month as per the Holy Quran is that Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received the first verses of the holy text during Ramadan.

During the Ramadan month , each day Muslims do not consume any food or water from sunrise to sunset. Muslims break their daily fasts by sharing meals with family and friends. The last day of Ramadan is celebrated With two-day festival known as Eid Al – Fitr, one of Islam’s major holidays. We should be mindful of the people around us who work hard and don’t have the resources to observe Suhur and Iftar. These people may not have the time to make Suhur and Iftar . Please be sure to include them in your happiness , afterall additional flat bread or plate of fruits will not hurt the household. Help the ones preparing food for you at home (woman). It is not their duty to prepare food for Iftar and Suhur . Lend an extra hand ; cut the fruits , knead the dough . Men are built to be more robust, than your wives and daughters and get your fair share of sawab. Finally, try to provide Iftar for as many people you can . The excessive food that is mostly thrown away, if we shared it might be a meal for somebody. Just by proper planning and management ,we can earn a lot of sawab and right your wrongs. Another important part of Ramadan is donating to charities . During the month of Ramadan, Muslims around the world are dedicated to donating money and food to help people who are in need . As we know , the whole world is going through the pallid virus ,we as a society need to pull together and chip money to deliver poor families from terrible time . Please do perform your prayers at home this time , because ignorance is bliss in the tough times of COVID19 . Please stay clam and stay safe at home , for you family ,for your society. ” Ramadan is a period of character development and the character is you.”
